The Montezuma Audubon Center's 2nd Annual Wildlife Festival, "Celebrating Smart Choices Today That Benefit Wildlife Tomorrow", is scheduled for Saturday, May 3rd 10 am until 4 pm. This fun family event will be alive with outdoor education and children's activities, live animals, local artisans, presentations from wildlife experts, entertainment for all, and some great food! Meet "Liberty", a live Bald Eagle, shake hands with 12 foot high stilted bird puppets while listening to the sounds of the Muckland Crooners, learn about making your yard wildlife friendly with Janet Allen and enjoy homemade Wayne County fruit pies. The day's programs are sponsored by National Grid. Admission is $1, a portion of which goes directly toward improving habitat for wildlife. Children 12 and under are free.
